Someone who is skilled at managing people in groups is an asset. Too often key people within your organisation dominate or feel they cannot contribute totally if they need to do the group facilitation work.

A skilled independent facilitator can add value from numerous other company experiences and concepts. They also don't get involved in the inhouse politics or manipulations, which often surface at in house group meetings.
